Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 12 years of experience, or Masters 8 years, or PhD 5 years of related experience * 5-10 years of experience in operations, merchandising, strategy, or business management roles with P&L responsibility. * Demonstrated success in leading cost efficiency or process improvement initiatives. * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. * Ability to influence partners through clear, data-driven communication. * Experience working cross-functionally to align operational and financial goals. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Saas business models, vendor negotiations, or procurement. * Skilled at communicating complex cost topics in simple, actionable ways. * Experience with building complex cost models. * Advanced analytical skills; experience with Tableau or other modeling/reporting tools.
