Description
Escort patient to and from treatment room.
Educate, consult and assist patients to prepare for treatment.
Enter medical histories and notes into EMR.
Maintain and manage cosmetic schedule; check patients in and out.
Complete sales transactions.
Educate patients and respond to patient questions in office/on phone as needed regarding skincare products and cosmetic treatments.
Clean and organize exam rooms, prepare treatment trays, clean and autoclave instruments, and stock inventory.
Assist lead staff in preparing monthly reports.
Fulfill responsibilities as assigned by aestheticians and management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two years experience in a cosmetic and/or medical dermatology office.
Performance Requirements:
Quality written and verbal communication skills.
Quality mathematics skills.
Knowledgeable of medical and cosmetic dermatology terms.
Professional in appearance and mannerisms.
Able to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others, patients and coworkers alike.
Able to prioritize tasks, understand the providers instructions, and know when to seek information or advice.
