Position Overview

This entry-level role selects products accurately from inventory to fulfill customer or store orders.

On-site environment: This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

What You’ll Do

• Follow pick lists or handheld-device instructions
• Locate and select correct products and quantities
• Stage completed picks for packing or shipment
• Report shortages, damage, or inventory discrepancies
  
  

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
