Customer Success Representative

Position Overview

This entry-level role provides proactive customer support designed to strengthen satisfaction, usage, and long-term relationships.

Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Build rapport with customers through regular interaction
• Answer questions and explain services
• Identify needs and coordinate appropriate support
