What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming experience for every patient
- Handle patient phone inquiries with a friendly, confident approach
- Schedule appointments for chiropractic care & red light therapy
- Verify insurance for new patients
- Keep documentation organized and accurate

- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) - PLUS to have this experience!

- GoHighLevel
- Canva
- Phone/texting software
Work Hours (with daily 45 minute unpaid lunch)
- Monday and Wednesday 7am - 6pm
- Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 6pm
