Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. No automotive car sales experience necessary. This is a non-commissioned position. Pay is based on volume and customer experience scores. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify potential customers and create a sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities is a plus
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline a plus but not required
