We’re looking for an Account Manager / Estimator who wants more than a job — someone who wants to be part of a team that delivers real value to clients and builds long-term relationships that actually matter.
What You’ll Do
- Build accurate quotes and system designs for CCTV & access control projects
- Guide clients from first conversation through installation and beyond
- Follow up on estimates and help convert opportunities into long-term clients
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Train customers on our software and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Act as the bridge between customers and technical support to solve challenges quickly
- Help create a “red carpet” customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, estimating, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable leading conversations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized across multiple projects
- Tech-comfortable (CCTV, construction, or low-voltage experience is a plus)
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
- Someone who genuinely cares about clients and team success
