Platinum Care Group is hiring a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a 94-year-old client in a home setting. The schedule for this role is Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. This position focuses on supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and providing meaningful companionship throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate companionship and support through meaningful conversation and engagement
- Encourage socialization and activities to reduce isolation and promote well-being
- Monitor comfort and report changes in condition or concerns to the care team
- Support daily routines to ensure safety, dignity, and emotional well-being
What We’re Looking For
- Caregiving experience preferred (training available)
- CNA or HHA certification a plus
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Chicagoland area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care
