Duties

• Assist customers with vehicle parking, retrieval, and departure, ensuring a positive guest experience
• Safely move vehicles around the lot
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or issues and report findings promptly
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and dealership policies at all times

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, dealership, or delivery driver roles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving vehicles safely
