JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Coating
Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on production
role in a small shop environment where your work directly impacts
quality and output. Responsibilities: Load and unload parts onto racks
for coating Operate coating equipment following established procedures
Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and
organized work area Track production output and report progress to
supervisor Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50
lbs Attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable consistent
attendance is essential Ability to work independently and stay on task
Prior manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required we
will train the right person Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Use brush to hand-paint
areas in need of retouching or unreachable with a spray gun. Observe
machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations
from standards, and make adjustments as necessary. Turn dials,
handwheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine
temperature, air pressure and circulation, and the flow or spray of
coatings or paints. Attach hoses or nozzles to machines, using wrenches
and pliers, and make adjustments to obtain the proper dispersion of
spray. Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons.
Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner. Monitor painting
operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct
