As part of the front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of Platia Greek Goodness, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Responsibilities include: - Greeting and assisting guests with a smile. - Taking orders and providing menu recommendations. - Maintaining a clean and organized dining area. - Delivering exceptional customer service with efficiency and warmth.

As part of the back-of-house team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards. - Following food safety and cleanliness protocols. - Assisting with inventory and kitchen organization. - Supporting the team to keep operations running smoothly.

We’re seeking individuals who: - Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred). - Are team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering quality. - Are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
