Part-Time Resident Coordinator
Location: Cookeville, TN
Job Summary
The Part-Time Resident Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential community in Huntsville, TX. This includes ensuring that residents are following community rules and regulations, addressing any concerns or complaints, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure that the property is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Address resident concerns and complaints
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure property is well-maintained
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
- Manage resident communication and correspondence
- Assist with community events and activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
Working Hours
This is a part-time position, with working hours to be determined by the employer.
