What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Plates Restaurant?
Seeking dedicated professional cooks to join the team. Our menu consists of small plates with a handful of large format dishes from the cuisines that have influenced the food of New Orleans (Spain, France, African, German, Italian, etc). The ideal candidate is someone that can multi-task and is well versed in numerous cooking techniques (fry, saute, grill, braise, roast, sous vide, etc). We pride ourselves on being a collaborative kitchen.
