What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive your truck to customer homes and inspect for pest activity
- Apply safe, eco-friendly treatments (we train you fully)
- Follow a consistent route and schedule
- Provide friendly, professional service to every client
- Collaborate with other technicians for support when needed
What You Need to Succeed:
- Your own truck (clean, reliable, insured)
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record (MVR check required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in crawlspaces
- Comfortable working independently and following a routine
- Willingness to learn pest control – we provide all learning materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass 2 state certification exams (multiple choice – we help you prep)
- Honest, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
