- Develop, coordinate, and administer effective training programs
- Prepare, recommend, and implement safety-related procedures
- Complete corporate and site-specific technical training and safety reports
- Coordinate safety-related challenges
- Organize and maintain associate training records/files
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or safety-related degree
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
