What You Will Do

• Oversee all facets of the production line to consistently meet productivity, quality, compliance and safety objectives.
• Supervise team member daily activities. Coordinate work assignments & training, along with providing guidance to solve problems and resolve issues.
• Assure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning. This includes quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, compliance with policies & procedures, and team member performance.
• Facilitate scheduled work orders, including required materials to fulfill work, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement
  
  

What You Need

• Ability to work rotating 12 hour night shifts
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for plastic manufacturing
• Minimum of 1 year of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Process-oriented, with a sound knowledge of SPC & Quality procedures
• Knowledge of GMP & Lean manufacturing principles
• Interpersonal & communication skills to effectively relate with & motivate people
• Experience using computer programs, such as SAP
