You Are
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree & majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Operational Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 3.0
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
- During the internship period, you will be residing within a commutable distance of our Plant City, FL manufacturing location
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, & will not require employer sponsorship after graduation
- Detailed work plan, including a defined project and additional day-to-day responsibilities
- A mentor and buddy to provide support and guidance throughout the summer
- 15 hours of formal Professional Development activities
