You Will
- Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment used for HDPE Extrusion Blow Molding production processes to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
- Execute & continuously improve troubleshooting & preventative maintenance services
- Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
- Perform repairs & rebuilds for spare parts
- Assure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
- Mentor & guide more junior Technicians to grow their skills
- Expand your expertise through formal training & on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & equipment modification projects
You Have
- Ability to work the following schedule: 12 hour day shift 6:45am-7:15pm on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working with equipment used for plastic extrusion manufacturing operations
- Expert hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong desire to be a member of a high-performing team
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
