As an HR Generalist, you play a critical role in supporting people operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are a key member of the site's Talent Management team, delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service to our associates at all stages of the employee life cycle.

You Will
- Coordinate engagement and retention activities
- Administrate benefits enrollment process and FMLA procedures
- Process payroll and attendance tracking accountability
- Collaborate with site leaders to address staffing needs
- Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal legal requirements
You Have
- Ability to work flexible schedule to support business needs
- Service oriented, process driven and team focused leadership style
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a production manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred.
