Job Summary:
PLI is seeking a results-driven Contract High-Volume Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple requisitions, sourcing qualified talent quickly, and delivering a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This position will primarily support our East Coast team, so flexibility to work East Coast hours as needed is required.
Qualifications:

Previous recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales hiring

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting platforms

Experience with ATS and HRIS systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles

Review resumes and identify qualified candidates efficiently

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels

Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines

Prepare and extend job offers

Assist with onboarding activities as needed
