As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Surgical Consultant / Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Surgical Consultant / Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between the practice and prospective surgical patients. You will guide patients through their consultation process, educate them on procedures, help them understand their surgical options, provide detailed pricing information, and support them from initial inquiry through surgery scheduling and post-op follow-up.
You play a key role in helping patients feel confident, informed, and excited about their aesthetic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual consultations with prospective patients
- Present quotes, review financing options, and close surgery bookings
- Coordinate surgery scheduling including pre and post-op appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the patient management system
- Provide ongoing support and communication to patients throughout their journey
- Track consultation conversions and report key performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, compassion, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a surgical coordinator or aesthetic sales role (plastic surgery, dermatology, medspa, or similar)
- Strong sales and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and recovery processes
- Confident, professional, and empathetic demeanor
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMR/CRM systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a related field
- Proven track record in consultative sales or patient coordination
- High school diploma required; college degree or relevant certifications a plus
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends as needed
