We are seeking a polished, compassionate, and detail-oriented Skin Spa Studio Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination across providers, front desk, marketing, and leadership. The focus is on execution, organization, and consistency to ensure a high-quality client experience while supporting overall business performance.
This position is designed to support the day-to-day operations of the Skin Spa Studio and help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. While this is not a senior leadership role, it is a critical position that helps coordinate schedules, manage inventory, support promotions, and provide visibility into performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily spa operations and provider schedules to ensure efficiency and strong client flow
- Manage schedule gaps and assist with same-day fills and cancellation recovery
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and organization of supplies
- Partner with the Marketing Director to execute promotions and campaigns
- Support consistency in the client experience across the team
- Assist with general operational coordination and special projects as needed
You Are
- Experienced (2 years) in a front-facing role within a luxury medical, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics setting
- Confident managing daily schedules and basic performance metrics
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Naturally gracious and polished, with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about skin health, aesthetics, and patient education
- Proficient in modern scheduling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Committed to service, discretion, and consistent excellence
- A team player who exudes positivity, professionalism, and empathy
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, ~39 hours per week
- Additional Pay: Commission opportunities available
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 2 years front desk or concierge experience (required)
- 2 years of appointment scheduling experience (required)
- Prior experience in customer service and/or aesthetics (required)
