What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist Medical Office position at Plastic surgery Center?
Our plastic surgery and medical Spa office is looking for new receptionist to join our growing team! Experience in a medical office is not necessary but experience in front desk secretarial work is required. Must be a quick learner, comfortable in a fast paced environment, good with computers, outgoing, and absolutely must have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and following up with patient messages.
