We are a leading manufacturer of plastic resin with a commitment to quality and safety. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic issues; perform repairs or coordinate with specialists when needed.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery or equipment modifications based on production needs
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Proficient with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
