Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Decatur, AL. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate sales records and databases. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with operations and logistics teams on order status, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for shipments and invoicing. The role also involves preparing reports, updating price lists, assisting with sales-related correspondence and presentations, and helping to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.
