This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper position located in Decatur, AL. The Bookkeeper will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, handle journal entries, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves utilizing accounting software to manage budgets, payments, and expenses while working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and handling Journal Entries
- Experience with Accounting Software and Finance systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous bookkeeping or relevant financial experience is highly desirable
