The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

- Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database
- Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action for process, product, internal, and external customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
