Company Description:
Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines via performing necessary mechanical adjustments.
- Ensure high quality products are always produced.
- Monitoring, reporting and optimizing process parameters
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues accordingly.
- Support changeover activities if necessary
- Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before using them.
- Monitor material waste and report inconsistencies.
- Following housekeeping rules and keeping the work area clean according to the cleaning plan
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical/mechanical background in Plastics Industry preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
