Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver).

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for reconciling all corporate bank accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Responsible for administering the corporate spend card program, including transaction review, reconciliation, policy compliance monitoring, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
- Monitor and maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare regulatory filings, tax-related schedules, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with finance, payroll, accounts payable, and other departments.
- Responsible for assisting with KPI and other reports.
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- ERP system knowledge such as Syteline, IQMS, SAP or Sage, preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
