We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant (EA) to support our C Team. In this role, you will
serve as a strategic partner and the primary point of contact for
internal and external matters pertaining to the Executives. The ideal
Candidate Possesses Exceptional Administrative Skills, Experience With
muti tasking for various business entities, ensuring proper procedures
and documentation is in place, verify training effectiveness for
different departments, exercises good judgment in handling confidential
information, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism in
all aspects of the job, including timeliness, critical thinking and
efficiencies. Excellent follow-up skills and deep proficiency in office
management, including any local, state and federal filings, knowledge of
insurance programs and researching a variety of different subjects.
Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5 years of experience supporting
C-level or senior executives, ideally in a multi-site, manufacturing
environment. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a
proven ability to prioritize a heavy workload and juggle multiple tasks
without dropping the ball. Communication: Sound written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group of executives. Proactive to bring items to completion.
Tech Savviness: High proficiency with software such as MS Word, TEAMS,
Google applications, and scheduling tools Adaptability: A resilient,
\"figure-it-out\" attitude; able to remain calm, flexible, and
resourceful under pressure.
