What are the responsibilities and job description for the Molding Technician position at Plastic Molding Company?
Great opportunity with a growing company in the plastic molding industry! We are a manufacturer of plastic packaging for the sanitary wipes industry. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are mechanically inclined and hands on.
Experience in blow molding and/or injection molding is a plus. This job requires hands on process troubleshooting, operation, and mold set-ups.
Shift: C-Shift 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. Will start out training on A-shift (7a.m.-3p.m.)
Safety and Quality minded.
This individual must have high initiative and attention to detail.
Answer machine alarms and be able to make necessary adjustments to keep production running as efficient as possible.
Perform process material/color changes.
Must work on their feet for 95% of the shift.
Basic hands on maintenance skills are required.
Responsible to carry out the production schedule and keep product running at high quality and high efficiency.
Reports to the Technical Supervisor.
Good hand writing and ability to fill out production reports and logs accurately.
Must be highly motivated and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
