Plastic Hand Surgical Associates is a leading reconstructive, hand and cosmetic surgery physician practice. Our day surgery center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We provide patients with individualized care in a comfortable, private setting
We are looking for a full-time (8:45am - 5:15pm) Medical Receptionist to join our team and work within different groups in our practice to provide coverage at Plastic Hand as well as Skin Solutions.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing calls appropriately throughout the practice
- Greeting and assisting patients at check-in and check-out
- Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and other payments
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and face to face communication skills
- Prior experience in a medical office
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover absences and vacations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
