Production Manager

A cutting-edge manufacturing organization is hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while leading supervisors and improving processes within a highly automated facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop Production Supervisors across multiple shifts

• Execute daily production plans and meet operational targets

• Monitor KPIs (productivity, downtime, scrap, efficiency) and drive improvements

• Communicate priorities between leadership and production teams

• Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis

• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards

• Build a strong, accountable, team-focused culture

What You Bring

• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience

• Experience managing supervisors or team leads

• Strong knowledge of production operations and performance metrics

• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5 Whys, or similar tools

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Plastics or extrusion manufacturing experience

• Automotive industry background

• Experience in advanced or highly automated facilities
