Position Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for plastic.
• Optimize production workflows to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance sustainability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new closure designs and support prototyping and testing phases.
• Utilize CAD software to design tooling, molds, and fixtures for injection molding and assembly processes.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance, including injection molding machines, automated assembly lines, and quality control systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations) and safety protocols.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive cost-reduction projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years experience with plastics experience (profile extrusion strongly preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of plastics manufacturing.
• Experienced background in continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
