What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machinist CNC position at Plastic Assembly Systems?
Looking for experienced well rounded machinists, able to perform job and tooling setups while working independently. This is NOT an operator position.
Minimum 3-5 years of setup experience.
Knowledge and capabilities to include:
Materials cutting feeds and speeds
Mastercam 3d contour milling programming experience a real plus, but not needed
Making one off parts utilizing standard machining practices.
Experience using standard machine shop equipment.
Knowledge of machine shop measuring equipment.
Knowledge of Hurco CNC milling machines and Southwestern controls a plus.
