Quality Control Manager
Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually (depending on experience)

Location: DeWitt, IA
Reports To: Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality team and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards. This role oversees all daily QC operations, drives continuous improvement efforts, and ensures compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and coordinate daily operations of the Quality Control department
- Supervise, coach, and develop QC staff to ensure high performance and accountability
- Maintain and enforce all quality-related policies, procedures, and documentation
- Communicate quality objectives and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- Track key quality metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet departmental goals
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Ensure the team receives ongoing training, support, and resources to succeed
- Support a safe and compliant work environment at all times
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in Quality Control leadership or QC management in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with quality systems, audits, or continuous improvement methodologies (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-developing skills
