Plasman is actively hiring Production Operators, with a primary focus on 2nd shift positions. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to support our manufacturing operations and help stabilize our growing workforce.

• Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Position OverviewThe Production Operator plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Shift Availability

• Primary Need: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including early start or extended hours, based on production needs
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team productivity and meet production targets
  
  

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
