Job Title:
CNC Operator / Programmer (Fadal) – Full Time
Company Overview
We are a growing manufacturing company looking to expand our CNC department with a 2nd CNC operator / programmer. We currently run two Fadal CNC machines and are adding more as we grow. We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC professional to join our team.
Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer with strong programming skills for our Fadal machines. This is a hands-on role for someone who can efficiently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment while also reading and creating prints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate Fadal CNC machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints
- Create and modify drawings and prints as needed
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for efficient production
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues
- Maintain quality standards and inspect parts
- Help grow and improve our CNC department as we expand
- Work with Engineers and team to complete projects on time
Requirements:
- Strong background in CNC programming (required)
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints / technical drawings
- Experience creating and modifying drawings and prints
- Solid understanding of CNC programming best practices
- Hands-on experience with Fadal CNC machines is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical background is a plus
