High school diploma or GED AND at least 24 months of experience as Electro-mechanical technician experience in industrial manufacturing equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or industrial manufacturing equipment support, including experience performing routine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and repair on industrial machinery.
- Position requires availability to work various shifts, including overnight or rotating shifts, as required by production schedules.
- Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve standing for extended periods, exposure to noise, use of personal protective equipment, and lifting of equipment or materials.
Duties: Perform, conduct electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair on stretch blow molding and related manufacturing equipment. Conduct mold changeovers, machine setup, and line start-ups following standard operating procedures. Monitor machine operation during production runs to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production machinery. Identify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical malfunctions and apply standard corrective actions. Replace or install machine components using hand tools and basic measuring instruments. Inspect equipment performance during and after maintenance activities. Maintain basic maintenance records and communicate unresolved issues to supervisors. Comply with safety regulations and quality standards during all operations. Occasional local travel between company manufacturing facilities within the same metropolitan area - Oxnard City
