We are seeking a seasoned professional with a balance of accounting, tax and people skills. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in accounting and tax alongside a keen eye for technological integration. The candidate will have solid experience cleaning up client's books and coaching clients in maintaining their own books. The individual will also be able to develop tax strategies for clients, have strong computer skills and experience reviewing the work of staff. - Ensure efficiency in tax preparation and planning via Intuit Pro Series, Salesforce, and QuickBooks
- Partner with the owner to evaluate and possibly transition from Intuit Pro Series to a more suited tax software for our firm
- Guide clients on intricate tax matters including income tax, estate and gift tax, charitable giving, and multi-state tax considerations
- Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver integrated, wealth-enhancing planning and strategies
- Foster robust client relationships, offering proactive strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize after-tax wealth
- Stay current with tax law updates; ensure your team and clients are informed promptly and accurately
- Enhance our tax processes through technology and strategic operations collaboration for optimized client outcomes
