Plantscaping is Cleveland’s premier interior plant care company for over 45 years. We design, install and service interior and exterior plant displays, corporate floral arrangements, event florals, replica foliage, and holiday décor for area offices, hotels, and commercial buildings. Our installation technicians visit customer’s facilities and deliver and install office plants, floral displays, replica displays, and stunning holiday and event décor, all while providing exceptional service and communicating in a professional manner.
- Communicate daily with Production Supervisor.
- Load truck with all required plants and hard-goods for client orders.
- Install plants, containers, and décor according to job and event specifications.
- Carry plant material and event decor, frequently lifting and climbing ladders to reach install locations.
- Weekend Special Event Setup & Takedown
- Maintain and operate vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure client sites are clean and orderly when installation is complete.
This is a full-time, year-round position in the horticulture, service, and event industry offering:

We are looking for applicants with:
- At least 1 year of experience in the floral, horticulture, or event industry.
- 1-2 years of route driving and delivery experience.
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools
- Comfortable with elevated ladder work
- Ability to drive a 14-16’ box truck.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends seasonally as needed.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
