Responsibilities and Duties
Lead a crew of 3-5 people in greenhouse production tasks such as sticking cuttings, planting, moving plants to different environments, pulling orders, and cleaning/sanitizing. Supervisors train their staff, correct mistakes, solve crew problems and motivate their staff for efficient, accurate performance of duties.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable, a quick learner with good problem solving ability, adaptable and flexible to frequently changing circumstances. Able to lead and work with a diverse workforce.
