What You'll Be Doing
As our Night Auditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the overnight front desk operations and assisting guests with inquiries or needs.
- Posting charges to guest's billing.
- Preparing and distributing financial reports for management.
- Monitoring the safety and security of the property during your shift.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain our high standards of service.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A commitment to punctuality and reliability—attendance is crucial to this role.
- The ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM to 7 AM).
- A friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Additional Details
- Training will consist of 4 days to ensure you're fully prepared for the role.
- During busy times, there’s an opportunity to pick up extra shifts (3 PM to 11 PM) for additional hours.
- This position requires someone who values consistency and understands the importance of being present and dependable.
