Primary Job Description: To promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts in the processing of the banks loans; receive and verify information on loan applications, data entry using the LaserPro software, remote print files to their respective offices.

Location: The location for this position is flexible with the following location options: Monroe, Indianola, Clarksdale, and Southaven. This position will require travel for training.

Qualifications

Education Required, Skills & Experience necessary and Equipment Skills:

• Associate Degree or College preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Two years of banking experience with knowledge of banking, federal and state regulatory requirements preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro and Decision Pro Loan Program or ability to learn a new loan program.
• Two years loan data entry and analysis experience preferred.
• Typing, 10-key Calculator, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Proficient Computer skills required including Word and Excel programs.
• Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Good time management and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi- task.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.
