Primary Job Description: Responsible for supporting the bank’s deposit services functions with a primary focus on cash balancing and GL Reconcilement for all branch locations. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timely reconciliation of daily cash and deposit transactions. In addition, the specialist will be assigned other operational tasks within the Deposit Services Department as needed to support departmental workflow, compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:Education Required; Experience and Equipment Skills:
- High School education or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of banking experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to stay on task.
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure while providing support to bank employees.
- Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.
- Equipment: Computer Keyboard and Software, Microsoft Office, Telephone, Photocopier, Ten-Key Calculator, Fax Machine.
