Position Summary:
The Treasury Management Client Support Analyst provides operational and client service support for Treasury Management solutions and Business Online Banking. This position manages client inquiries, supports solution implementation and training, assists with ACH and risk processes, maintains departmental records and audit documentation, and contributes to sales efforts and special projects. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of all Treasury Management solutions and Operating Procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products or similar word processing or spreadsheet software.
- Responds to client & internal partner inquiries pertaining to Business Online Banking and Treasury Management solutions.
- Completes Treasury Management solution installation and training either on-site with the client or remotely.
- Maintains departmental files, signed client documentation, and audit materials; ensures all official records are properly scanned and stored in centralized repositories.
- Assists in maintaining essential audit notebooks and reporting as needed.
- Monitors and updates the departmental task Tracker, ensuring timely completion and communication of status updates.
- Assists with client billing setup and verification in Account Analysis system and core as needed.
- Performs a variety of other clerical duties of moderate scope and complexity.
- General knowledge of ACH processes and NACHA file formats as they apply to Business Online origination.
- Maintains knowledge of ACH Risk Policy, monitors daily ACH origination activity, assists in periodic reviews of client ACH risk exposure, and requests approval for exposure limit exceptions as needed.
- Assists Bank Audit Department with any Internal Audit needs for Treasury Management clients as requested.
- Identifies and communicates sales opportunities and referrals to Treasury Management Sales Officers.
- Assists business clients with QuickBooks questions as it pertains to Business Online Banking or other TM solutions.
- Assist in preparing customer/prospect pricing analysis, proposals and annual client reviews as requested.
- Supports special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by Treasury Management leadership.
- Acts as backup to other Treasury Management staff positions as needed or directed.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- And, as directed, may perform other duties from time to time.

Education and Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in financial institution. Operations and/or sales experience preferred.
- Detail Oriented.
- Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable personal computer software and mobile skills.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solving skills.
- Adequate typing skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to talk, hear, and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to stand, sit, and reach; occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to use a swivel chair.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision.
