Overview
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at a craft cocktail-focused establishment led by renowned bartender Ted Kilgore, who oversees and develops our beverage program. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision and consistency
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a craft cocktail bar or similar environment
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails and foundational spirits knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Availability Required:
- Tuesday evenings
- Wednesday evenings
- Sunday evenings
Compensation:
$8/hr plus tips (average hourly pay including tips is between $25-50)
