Role Description This is a full-time, in office Construction Project Manager role based in Austin, TX. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to help lead the successful execution of

projects across multiple phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational

skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of personalities.


Construction in hospitality, multi-family and commercial experience is a plus, and we are looking for someone eager to grow with our expanding company.


This role involves hands-on work across estimating, plan takeoffs, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling, and budget management.


Duties:

  • Oversee project planning, scope development, and execution through completion
  • Perform plan takeoffs and assist with detailed estimating
  • Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors to align with project goals
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and adjust timelines as needed
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation and reporting
  • Generate submittals, RFI’s, track project billing and budget
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and effectively manage varying personalities across different project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Occasionally travel to project sites as needed (minimal travel)


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience preferred
  • Hospitality, Multi-Family and Commercial Renovation experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to project needs
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed; travel expected to be minimal
  • Desire to grow and develop within a dynamic and expanding organization

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
