What You’ll Do
- Lead & Empower – Train, support, and inspire technicians to reach their full potential.
- Oversee Operations – Manage schedules, staffing, labor tracking, and daily workflow.
- Drive Results – Control costs, track ROI, and improve efficiencies for strong financial performance.
- Delight Clients – Handle escalations with care and ensure every client receives consistent, top-quality service.
- Plan & Grow – Recruit, staff, and prepare for future department needs.
- Manage Resources – Oversee supplies and inventory responsibly.
- Ensure Quality – Review new accounts, approve work orders, and uphold the highest service standards.
- Build Unity – Foster collaboration, positivity, and solution-focused teamwork.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of indoor plant care, pest, and disease management.
- Proven team leadership with strong communication skills.
- Experience in quality assurance, project management, and client service.
Must-Haves
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Full availability during operational hours.
- Cellphone and ability to pass a clean drug screening.
