Duties
- Conduct inspections of plants, lawns, and landscaped areas to identify pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Perform lawn and plant care services, including fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed control
- Assist with farming activities such as planting, irrigation setup, crop monitoring, and harvesting support
- Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to carry out maintenance tasks
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Support landscaping projects by planting trees, shrubs, and flowers; trimming and pruning as needed
- Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, site conditions, and service reports
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in sales related to plant health products or services is a plus
- Familiarity with pest control methods in tree and lawn care techniques
- Background in trees, agriculture, or landscaping preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for vehicle operation between job sites
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Pay: $25.99 - $40.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- 3A and 3B NJ pesticide license (Required)
- NJ drivers license (Preferred)
